The Challenge
Grand Plus Mega Mart had the footfall of a real neighbourhood mart but almost no digital footprint. No e-commerce presence for customers who wanted to order online, a Google Business Profile that was live but not ranking, no consistent social media activity, and no organised product catalogue to point people to. Local competitors were showing up first in search and on Instagram, while the mart's own digital presence stayed effectively invisible.
What We Delivered
Customers had no option to browse or order anything without physically walking into the store - everything depended on foot traffic alone.
The Google Business Profile existed but was incomplete - wrong categories, missing details, and no visibility when people searched nearby.
No Instagram or Facebook activity at all - the mart had no presence where local customers actually spend their time online.
No paid visibility of any kind - every customer had to already know the mart existed or stumble upon it in person.
No single place - online or offline - where customers could see the full range of products the mart actually carried.

Built an online store so regular customers could browse and order the mart's full catalogue from home, structured around the categories people actually search for.
Rebuilt the Google Business Profile end to end - correct categories, complete information and consistent local signals. Ranking work is ongoing.
Launched Instagram and Facebook from zero with a consistent organic content calendar, giving the mart a recognisable voice online for the first time.
Ran targeted campaigns designed to drive local awareness and push both online orders and in-store visits, layered on top of the organic content already live.
Organised the full product range into a clean, shareable catalogue - each product carrying the same level of detail as an in-store brochure - used consistently across the website, social media and ad creatives.
